November 20, 2020

Dear Moose Community,

It has been a very busy week. This weekend we welcome the first snow (at least in Shutesbury!).  I have always loved the beauty of the first snow of the season. The 50th snow of the season is a different matter!

We have received messages of concern from several families and community members about the rise of COVID cases in the state and community. I understand your concerns and worries. The Superintendent, Nurse and I communicate with the Shutesbury Board of Health very often. This continues even through the weekends. If there is ever a change to any learning plans from this point on due to COVID 19 numbers or safety, I will communicate that change to you through email, our website and an all-call home as swiftly as possible.

I wish I had all of the answers for everything. Unfortunately, I don't. I can only promise to continue to work as hard as I can with all stakeholders involved and communicate to the best of my ability.

Jackie
