Dear Shutesbury Elementary School Community,

SES is seeking important information to better inform our plans for a possible return-to-school hybrid option. We have shared our
DRAFT Hybrid Protocol Handbook in this email so you can see some of the extensive health and safety planning that we are doing to prepare. THIS HANDBOOK IS NOT COMPLETE. However, we wanted you to have some idea of the vastness and care of the plans being created to enable a safe environment.

We will be conducting another survey to obtain your final request after the School Committee meets and votes about the best plan going forward in November. We will also be hosting an informational night in very early November where you can gain a deeper understanding of our health and safety protocols and ask questions as well.

Please take a few minutes to view our DRAFT Hybrid Handbook HERE.

PLEASE answer our VERY SHORT but IMPORTANT survey of hybrid learning HERE.

We will also post these documents on our website.

Thank you for taking a few minutes to help us understand your current thinking around learning at SES. This information is vital in our creation of plans moving forward.

Jackie
