October 18, 2019

Hello Moose,

It's been a wild weather week for us with the glowing orange, red and yellow leaves, the crisp mornings and the Nor' Easter that came in on Wednesday night!  Luckily we did not have any wind damage at school but a lot of towns were affected with trees down and roads closed.  We hope this is not a forewarning of how our winter will be!

Speaking of winter, we have a new emergency call company and have input all of your info into the Code Red system.  If there is a school delay or cancellation you will be contacted before 6:00am in the method you chose from your first day packets (call, text or email).  If there are changes in your information or you have questions about this please contact Jessica in the office, [email protected].

We have an exciting couple of weeks coming up.  Please see our "Dates to Remember" section for details about our Scholastic Book Fair (during conference times for your convenience!), Family Conferences and Early Releases, Annual Winter Clothing Swap, All School Assembly and Moose on the Move Dinner at the Shutesbury Athletic Club!  We look forward to seeing families at the school in the coming weeks for all of these fun events!

Jackie
